At ZQBIEE, we take pride in delivering exactly what we promise. Every product goes through a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We only consider returns or refunds in the rare case of receiving a damaged product.

Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Refunds (for Damaged Products Only)

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

To ensure a smooth resolution:

  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended. This helps us verify the damage and offer a full refund or a replacement.

  • If an unboxing video is not available, our team will still assess the issue and provide a fair resolution. However, a full refund may not be guaranteed.

In some cases, we may request you to return the product. The item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hygiene & Personal Care Items

    • Cotton buds/swabs

    • Kids u‑shaped toothbrushes
      (Due to hygiene concerns once opened or used.) 

  • Underwear & Personal Garments

    • Kids inner wear
      (Similar hygiene and fit reasons.)

  • Bath & Towel Products

    • Hand towels, bath towels, printed handkerchiefs

  • Adhesive & First‑Aid

    • Adhesive bandages

  • Cosmetic‑Adjacent Items

    • Soap paper

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved,  The refund will be Processed and credited Within 3 days to the original payment method  Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
